By accessing or using the Belize Magistracy Digital Services Platform, users agree to comply with these Terms of Use and all applicable laws, regulations, court rules, and judicial procedures of Belize.
If a user does not agree with these Terms, the platform should not be used.

2. Purpose of the Platform

The platform is provided to support:
Court administration
Judicial services
Public access to approved information
Electronic filing and submissions
Case management functions
Communication and operational services

The platform shall only be used for lawful and authorized purposes.

3. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

Provide accurate information
Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
Use the platform responsibly and lawfully
Respect confidentiality of court records
Avoid unauthorized access attempts
Refrain from uploading harmful or unlawful content

Users are responsible for all activities conducted under their accounts.

4. Restricted Activities

Users must not:

Interfere with platform operations
Attempt unauthorized access
Modify or damage system infrastructure
Upload malicious software
Misrepresent identity or authority
Access confidential information without authorization
Use the platform for fraudulent or unlawful purposes

Violations may result in suspension, legal action, or referral to relevant authorities.

5. Intellectual Property

All platform content, materials, logos, graphics, systems, and digital services remain the property of the Belize Magistracy or authorized government entities unless otherwise stated.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification is prohibited.

6. Availability of Services

The Belize Magistracy does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of digital services and may suspend access for:

Maintenance
Security updates
System improvements
Operational requirements
Emergency situations

7. Limitation of Liability

The Belize Magistracy shall not be liable for:

Technical interruptions
Data transmission failures
Delays or service disruptions
Unauthorized third-party actions
User misuse of the platform

Users access and use the platform at their own responsibility.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Belize and applicable judicial regulations.
